Current CDC recommendations make masking for our donors and staff optional. CPBB will provide masks to anyone who wishes to wear one.
Masking is REQUIRED at these Hospital Blood Donation Centers:
Penn State Holy Spirit Donor Center
UPMC Carlisle Donor Center
Please do not donate for 10 days if any of the following applies to you:
- You have been exposed to a person diagnosed with Covid-19
- You have a cough, shortness of breath, fever, or other respiratory symptoms
- You have been diagnosed with Covid-19
We strongly suggest you schedule an appointment to donate blood. Appointments help us improve your donation experience.
Walk-in donors are welcome, however, donors with appointments will be taken first and this may result in a significant wait time.
